Important: Installation Note
Because Aura 360 desktop apps is specialized software from an independent developer, Windows may display a security warning during installation. This is a standard procedure for apps that are not yet “known” to Microsoft’s SmartScreen filter.
To install the demo:
-
Launch the downloaded
.exefile. -
If the blue “Windows protected your PC” screen appears, click “More info”.
-
Click the “Run anyway” button that appears at the bottom.
2. Antivirus & Chrome Warnings
Sometimes browsers (like Chrome) or Antivirus software (like Avast or Norton) flag new .exe files simply because they haven’t been downloaded thousands of times yet.
Browser Warnings
If Chrome says “This file is not commonly downloaded,” click the arrow/three dots next to the download and select “Keep”.
Antivirus False Positives
Our software is 100% clean and contains no malicious code. However, because it bundles powerful image-processing tools like ImageMagick and ExifTool, some antivirus programs might flag it as “suspicious behavior.”
-
Solution: If your antivirus blocks the app, you may need to add an “Exclusion” for the Aura 360 folder or temporarily disable the shield during the 1-minute installation process.
3. Demo Limitations vs. Pro Version
Demo versions have an export size limit of 4K .jpg with a watermark.
