By using Aura 360 (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Aura 360 provides browser-based image editing tools for virtual tour photography. The Service includes free tools (Standard Editor, AuraFix) and paid tools (Pro Editor, AuraBrand, AuraHDR).

2. Accounts & Memberships

  • Pro Access: Access to Aura 360 Pro requires a valid, paid membership (Annual).

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Sharing: Accounts are for individual use. Sharing your login details with others is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Free Trial: We provide the Aura 360 Standard and AuraFix tools completely free of charge. We encourage you to test these tools to ensure they work on your device/browser before purchasing Pro.

  • No Refund Policy: Because we offer free versions for compatibility testing, all sales of Aura 360 Pro are final. Refunds are granted only at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure that we cannot resolve.

  • Renewal: Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. User Content & Copyright (AuraBrand)

  • Your Ownership: You retain full copyright of all images you edit using our Service. We claim no rights to your work.

  • Your Responsibility: When using AuraBrand (Logo Patcher), you confirm that you own the rights to any logos or graphics you upload. You agree to indemnify Aura 360 against any copyright or trademark claims arising from your use of unauthorized branding.

5. API Usage & Costs

The AI Upscaling feature requires a third-party API key (Stability.ai).

  • You are responsible for obtaining this key and paying any associated credits/costs directly to the third-party provider.

  • Aura 360 is not responsible for service outages or quality issues on the Stability.ai platform.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS.” While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee that the tools will function on every browser version or device (particularly older mobile devices with limited WebGL support). Always backup your original images before editing.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
